Mirtazapine Wiki
Mirtazapine is an antidepressant belonging to the piperazinoazepine class that results in psychedelic and sedative effects when taken at high doses.  It is classified as a serotonergic antidepressant and is used to treat depressive disorder and mood disorders however it can be also  used to treat general anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, low appetite, insomnia, headaches and migraines to name a few.

It must be noted that most affects are seen in people who take it regularly due to the steady levels in the body however taking it recreationally does produce the same effects of of pain relief, sedative, hallucinogenic effects.  The hallucinations are rarely visual geometric states the are generally realistic in appearance.  On high dose of mirtazapine it is typical for devoid of insight as such it produces no introspection or creative enhancing effects so it is non therapeutic as a hallucinogen.

Physical effects can be,  Sedation, euphoria, tactile hallucination, changes in the feeling of gravity, loss of motor control, body high, enhanced appetite, restless legs, muscle relaxation, auditory hallucination, auditory enhancement, auditory distortion, conceptual thinking, amnesia, immersion enhancement, cognitive euphoria, thought deceleration, anxiety suppression, color shifting, tracers, external and internal hallucination.

Combining mirtazapine with cannabis can increase the euphoric and visual effects and if taken with psychedelics it can counter a bad experience.

Mirtazapine is not habit forming and the tolerance are built almost immediately and takes about 7 days to get back to baseline.
